Purpose

See Network treats the personal information provided by the interested parties solely and exclusively for the fulfillment of the services that are contracted and, when appropriate, to keep you informed of events, news, updates and activities related to the activity developed by See Network, S.L. and/or its sector.

 

If you send us your CV, it will be stored for inclusion in the selection processes initiated by See-Network.

 

Legitimacy for the processing of your personal data.

The processing of your personal data has its legal basis in the fulfillment of service contracts entered with See Network. With this purpose, we will keep the personal data you provide us, for as long as we maintain the relationship of service provision.

 

We base the sending of information about events, news, updates or activities related to the activity developed by See Network on the consent requested. Likewise, if you have previously entered into a services agreement with See Network, the sending of information on See Network’s similar services shall be based on art. 21.2 of the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act. You may withdraw such consent at any time, without conditioning such withdraw the fulfillment of the service contracts entered into with See Network.

 

We base the storage of personal data contained in Curriculum Vitae on the consent of the interested party. This data will be stored for a period of one year from the last confirmation of interest, without prejudice of the fact that the data subject may withdraw the consent given at any time. The withdrawal of consent to the storage of your data, will mean that your application cannot be taken into account in the selection processes carried out by See Network.

 

Recipients of the personal data provided.

We will not transfer any personal data you provide us with to any third parties or to other States without a prior and express consent of the owner.

 

Without prejudice to the foregoing, we inform you that certain information you provide may be communicated, always within the framework of current legislation or the contractual relationship with See Network, to the following addressees:

 

• Public Administrations and/or State Security Forces and Bodies, when See Network is legally required to do so.
• Other professionals in the sector, when this is necessary for the execution of the contracted services.

 

Rights of the holder of the personal data.

You may request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data or, if necessary, erasure of your personal data at any time.

 

Likewise, and in certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data, in which case, See Network will process such personal data only for the exercise or defence of claims. You may also object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

 

In any of these cases, See Network will no longer process your personal data, except in those cases in which processing is necessary for compelling legitimate reasons or for the defense of possible claims. In any of these cases, See Network will duly inform you of the necessary treatment and the reasons that justify it.

 

The withdrawal of your consent to the processing of your personal data shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your prior consent to such withdrawal.
